Welcome to ChillzTrailers.com (the “Website”), operated by Chillz Refrigerated Trailer Rentals LLC (“Company,” “Lessor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the Website and all rental transactions.
By accessing this Website, requesting a quote, making payment, or taking possession of equipment, you (“User” or “Lessee”) agree to these Terms.
1. Website Use
- You agree to use this Website lawfully
- No misuse or interference with the Website
- No false or misleading information
- No copying or commercial exploitation of content
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time.
2. Accounts & Third-Party Services
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security.
If you log in through Google, you are also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.
Rental Terms and Conditions
3. Equipment Lease
We lease refrigerated trailer equipment as described in your estimate or invoice.
4. Lease Term
Rental begins at delivery or pickup and ends on the agreed return date.
5. Payment
- Payment due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments incur a 5% fee + 12% annual interest
6. Use of Equipment
- Must be used safely and legally
- No subleasing or misuse
7. Transportation
If picking up equipment, Lessee is responsible for towing, hitching, and legal compliance.
8. Power Requirements
Lessee must provide continuous proper power. Failure voids performance expectations.
9. Temperature Disclaimer
Cooling is assisted, not guaranteed. Lessee is responsible for monitoring temperature and product safety.
10. Damage, Loss, and Repairs
- Lessee is responsible for all damage, theft, or loss
- Repairs billed at $125/hour + materials
- Total loss requires full replacement value
11. Insurance
Lessee must maintain $1,000,000 liability insurance and list Lessor as additional insured.
12. Liability Limitation
Company is not liable for spoilage, lost profits, or indirect damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
13. Indemnification
Lessee agrees to defend and hold Company harmless from claims arising from use of equipment.
14. Deposits & Cancellation
- Refundable if canceled 7+ days prior
- Otherwise may be non-refundable
15. Late Returns
$500/day holdover fee applies.
16. Compliance
Lessee must comply with all applicable laws.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and equipment are provided “as is” without warranties.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, with venue in Bonneville County.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any invoice or agreement form the entire agreement.
21. Acceptance
By using the Website, requesting service, making payment, or taking possession, you agree to these Terms. Electronic acceptance is binding.
